By visiting shoppalomaclub.com and purchasing from Paloma Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. Paloma Club sells pickleball lifestyle apparel, made for life on and off the court.

Products: All products are made to order. Product descriptions, colors, and sizing are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur because items are produced individually. Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Orders and payment: By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping and returns: Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Standard shipping is $4.95 flat, with free Standard shipping on orders over $70; Express shipping is $15.

Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or use its content, including the Paloma Club name and dove logo, without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paloma Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products.
